You must be counting the one Florida forfeited back in '84. If so, don't. A "consolation" champion wasn't named that year.

Alabama 23
Tennessee 13
Georgia 12
LSU 11
Fla 8
Auburn 7
Miss 6
Kentucky 2
MSU 1
Ark 0
South Carolina 0
Missouri 0
A&M 0
Vanderbilt 0

I think this is the current count.

Who is the first of the current group at 0 to get one?

Couple of interesting facts

Bama is the only school to have won an SEC title every decade since the SEC was founded

Kentucky, Vandy, & Ole Miss remain the only 1992 schools not to have at least made the SEC Championship game.

What stands out to me more than anything else in this thread is Saban won the league in his second year....little did anyone know what that was the beginning of for him in the SEC.

After beating possibly the best Florida team ever at the Swamp, 99.9% of UT fans were getting ready for the title game. I know I was. We didn't even see this one coming.

This is a fact. I had just moved to The Boro and Vol fans were saying they already had their BCSCG tickets.
