Rock M is stupid. Trash it and build more seats.

A grass hill in a football stadium is tacky to me

The exterior looks great and I imagine it's a big improvement compared to what's there now.

It's nuts how many SEC stadiums are being renovated and expanded right now.

If they really put up players images on the exterior I'll

And we like the hill, that's all that matters. Haters can hate.

Where does Mizzou's facilities (academic center, weight training, practice etc) rank overall in the SEC? Any current build plans in the works other than the stadium renovations?

We rode through campus on the way to Omaha and saw this.

Not sure I understand.

Mizzou is doing renovations and starts with a grass hill in the end zone before doing major stuff at centerfield for big donors.

Yeah I can't imagine they would actually put up those player images.

You're a dick, so this comment is understandable..

Changing the hill is a minor fix, that can easily be done in one offseason, which is why it's being done now.

Major renovation to the interior of the suites and press boxes are being done simultaneously and will be ready for this upcoming year.

A new luxury box structure and addition tier of seating is also being built as we speak, but it won't be finished until '14 at best.

Doubt it's in the upper half.

Lot's of talk about some new stuff.. think only these changes to the stadium are in motion. Bball just got a new clubhouse and a few renovations to the stadium.

I haven't been there in years but as I recall the campus and Columbia are pretty nice. Most teams have decent stadiums, its the support facilities that separate the top programs.

Last year ESPN ranked the SEC Facilities and we came in 9th or 10th. They are good, but we need to make them SEC good.

I think a good goal is for us to always be about 6th. That would mean that we are constantly renovating and if we stay in the 6-8 range we are competitive.
