That should definitely be the threshold to getting fired losing a 4 star instate guy to UAB.

Has to be more to this come on. Its not just Grant he turned down. Its not like UAB has just a great program.

There is more to it.
That poster Mr. Gold on BOL is spot on for Alabama high school basketball, and he's been saying for a while that Lee wasn't coming to UA because of people around him pushing him elsewhere.
Same guy also said Lee was set to commit to UA right after Coleman, but was pushed back by the same people around him who have put it in his head that Bama will play him at the 5, rather than at the 3/4.

That was the other 4 staffs that were recruiting him. And like I said above, his family didn't trust Grant.

Glad Colemone signed. Whats up with the kid from Birmingham. The center....did he sign anywhere? Also the Lee shite seems like he was going to each school wanting something and no school bit. Thats all it could be. Cant blame Grant for that.

If his family is telling him he will succeed playing the 3 they are bullshiting him. Kid dominated the paint at the EYBL. Thats his bread and butter. I don't believe that's the reason he went to UAB. They signed Lewis Sullivan who will play the 3. Anyway maybe we can get in on Abdoulaye Gueye. Too bad its late and we let Thurman go to Tenn.

Not denying that. Just saying that particular individual was saying he had people within his inner circle pushing him away from UA.

Turman reminds me a lot of Chris Hines. He has questionable grades which is one of the reasons we backed off of him, but knowing now what we do, it sucks to have let him get away.

I've never been a fan of playing players out of position. I knew it would come back to bite us in the arse.
