Also, if past success is an indication:
LSU has missed going to a bowl game TWICE since 1994.
In 16 of the last 18 seasons, LSU has had a winning record and gone to a bowl game, winning 11 of those 16 bowl games.
In addition, LSU has finished in the Final Top Ten 9 times since 1996.
Wew have also been to the BCSNCG three times, winning it all twice, and gone to the SECCG 5 times, winning it 4 times.
NO OTHER SEC team can match all these accomplishments in the last 20 years.

Alabama and UF both disagree.

UA has been to the SECCG 8 times, won it 4 times.
3 BCSNCG appearances, 3 wins.
We might equal the top ten finishes if you take it back to 1992.
Missed going to a bowl game 3 times because of a losing record since 1985.
12-5 bowl record since 1991.
ETA: Forgot to mention our national championship in 1992.

Are you sure about that? Alabama's last seven years alone are better.

Seriously, since 1994? UF has been the top program in the country since 1990. Florida has missed going to a bowl game...NEVER since 1994
In 18 of the last 18 season, UF had a winning record and went to a bowl game every year and won 11 of the 18 games. Not to mention playing in a major/BCS bowl game in 11 of those seasons.
In addition, UF has finished in the Final Top 10 12 times since 1994.
Florida has also played for 4 national titles and won 3. Gone to the SECCG 9 times since '94, winning it 6 times.
I'm pretty sure no other SEC team can match these accomplishments.
