I see you're hoping to get to play us twice this year.

That was before replays. Thought we had a couple of catches along the sidelines that were ruled out - big plays into OU territory. Not that we would have won but it ceratinly did not help our chances.

1999 Bama VS LSU when the tide stopped LSU's QB at the goal line was great.
Roman Harper forcing the fumble through the endzone for touchback against UT in 2005.
Missed the first because of a soccer tournament. Missed the second because I had to take the ACT.

That was a good game, was expecting a lot more offense though
Most did except Vegas. I think the over/under was right at 40, 41. I don't know what inside info they had, but they knew something.

I was definitely surprised that Oregon could only put up 19 on an Auburn defense that had struggled a good bit all year

79 USC

I thought the same during, talked to my brother or my dad after the game and he said at least one was definitely out and we probably didn't get hosed on either.
Those games were right when Shula got there and I thought we might actually have a decent coach on our hands.

2003 LSU-UGA
The atmosphere in this game was beyond electric. To this day its the loudest I have ever heard Tiger Stadium. It was just an all around incredible game.

AU had an excellent front 7 and Oregon didn't really throw deep to expose the DB's. I thought AU would run up and down the field on them which they didn't. I still think Cam wasn't 100% after that shot he took in UA game (no proof for this though).

This years Egg Bowl is right up there with the 2003 LSU game as far as the loudest VHS has been goes
Posted on 5/24/13 at 9:53 am to TupeloReb
No it wasn't. 2003 LSU was a totally different level of crazy

LSU vs Notre Dame '71
Honorable mention - LSU vs USC in '79 (I think).

It might just be because I sat in the student section for the Egg Bowl and on the West side with all the old people in '03
Posted on 5/24/13 at 9:56 am to TupeloReb
Being that close to winning the West and losing was fricking devastating
