It looks like they lost alot all over the field particularly on the lines.anyone think that maybe the strong points on their team have little support?also could that be a factor at Kyle field early on?

3 out 4. It doesn't matter how many they lose we still need to beat them.

Is OP's quote circa Preseason '09, '11 or '12?

This was a bumped thread from then? Right?

We return a lot though. All four of our starting LBs (Nico/CJ shared the job obviously) are back, Dickson though will miss the first few games, but Devall jumped him, expect a two headed monster at Jack.

Ivory, Stinson, and Pagan are all back up front.

Belue, Fulton, and Smith are back at CB.

HaHa, Vinnie, and Perry are back at Safety.

AJ and every single one of his WRs that mattered are back. Yeldon/Fowler are back. Vogler will become the main TE, he was an extra blocker last season. CyKo and Steen are back on the OL. Kelly, Shep, and Arie were on the second team line last year and played a lot. Kelly earned Freshman All SEC honors last year.

We stacked.

Bama will still have the best defense in the conference. What will hurt them is losing 4/5 of their OL. Those guys were largely responsible for Lacy/Yeldon's success, as well as McCarron's success, giving him all the time in the world to pass, stress free. That is certainly a big factor in McCarron's #1 in all of NCAA efficiency stat.

+1 - Bama kept Nick Saban
-1 - LSU kept Les Miles
