buccwild's sources say falkins started bagging groceries at the same grocery store that caused the post high school 6 inch height gain for former Milwaukee Buck Earvin (not Magic) Johnson

Allen is an OLB dipshit.
Tim Williams will be a Jack OLB possibly bulking up to DE, depends on his development, Allen will be in a role similar to Hightower when he came in & learned multiple LB positions, the D staff thinks very highly of him and expects him to be able to handle that type of responsibility and he has the athleticism to pull it off

I don't think Williams has the frame to bulk up to a DE in y'all's scheme. He's fairly skinny for a 6'3" guy.

They did have him listed as DE first and rivals had him listed as DE only.

Who had him as #1 WR in the country? Who is the third 4* WR in bama's class? From what I saw bama had two 4*s and one 3*.
LSU had one Juco 4* and three other 4*s. Diarse was ranked #31, Jefferson #42 and Spears #43.

It seems like bama fans only question the TE, WR and LB comments.
I guess bama fans agree that LSU brought in the BETTER TALENT at
O-line
D-line
DBs
QB
Considering games are won at the line of scrimmage I like LSU's dominance at O-line and D-line.
Great secondary play is a must to have a top noth "D". Another BIG CHECK for LSU.
MUST have GOOD to GREAT talent calling the signals. TWO BIG CHECKS there for the TIGERS.
laissez lais bon temps roulez!!!!!!

Are you sure that's where stewart will play? Read somewhere something about DB for him.
Posted on 3/20/13 at 12:12 am to 167back
I'm sure that's where he'll start and it's probably where he'll stick.

If you want to declare victory on some position specific rankings; that's fine. I'll just have to console myself with the fact that Bama not only had the #1 class, but also had as many 5*s on 247's composite rankings as the next 3 SEC teams combined (Florida-2, Ole Miss-4, LSU-0)

No, not even. Bateman >>> Jennings/Rettig
quote:
O-line
LSU had 3-4* and 2-3*
Bama had 1-5*, 2-4*, and 2-3* (Basing this off A'shawn being listed as a OL) So it looks like Bama has the upper hand here.
quote:
D-line
LSU brought in 5-4* and 2-3*
Bama got 3-4*
Quantity wins out here. Too bad Bama does not have any other D lineman on the team already. Oh well, our run was nice while it lasted.
quote:
DBs
LSU got 1-5* and 2-4*
Bama got 4-4*
Quantity wins out again. Although LSU brought in some damn fine DBs.
Gosh, I guess Bama should just fire Saban and shut down the football program for good. We will never be able to keep up with LSU.

Frothing mad.
But actually just looked at that while eating breakfast and listening to a buddy of mine tell me about his kidney stone he passed last night in the ER.

Spin it any way you want, but we had the #1 OVERALL recruiting class and are about to threepeat. The last time LSU won a championship, George Bush was still in office. With your superior O-line, D-line, DBs, and QB recruits, maybe you'll actually be able to beat an ACC team in the Peach Bowl next year, instead of forcing America to watch an on-field abortion like you've done in your last two bowl games.
