For state i'd say Ross Mitchell. He's pitched so well out of the bullpen and he's not getting nearly enough credit for how well he's done

Chris Sciambra
CF/leadoff man. Really good approach. .348 BA so far but .545 OBP.

I wouldn't say he's underrated. Bregman or Moore is pretty underrated.

Can I make a request for the next Miss State baseball thread topic?
Who is the best pinch runner in the SEC?

Bregman is very highly touted. Moore is rated appropriately imo. Not many people know about Sciambra because his season got cut short last year but he's really good.

I guess. He was righly rated out of HS though.

Not many people outside BR know about Bregman yet so I'm going to have to go with him. Dude is a beast.

With Rae's injury, he's earned himself a spot somewhere in the lineup.

I would say Colby Holmes, he doesn't have really flashy stuff, all he does is go out there and gives us quality starts and wins baseball games. He's been great starting pitcher for us and has been overshadowed the past few years by other pitchers.

Yet you say Bregman, who was one of the most touted high school middle infielder, is underrated?
ETA: You also posted that stupid thread on the rant, saying that Ibarra didn't have what it takes at 3B after the first game of the season. Might be time for you to give up watching baseball.

Id say Rob Z, a Junior this year, not a lights out starter but he gets the job done, 5-5 3.80 ERA last year in 15 starts as a sophomore

I would say Nolan Belcher, our 3rd starter. He had a med red 2 years ago and had a solid year last year (2.12 ERA in 19 appearances) but he's never been a consistent starter in our rotation--until possibly now.

I would say ours is Tyler Moore. Late last season, and so far this season, the kid has had some monster games at the plate. He has helped win several games with clutch hitting. I would prefer him as our DH against both right handed and left handed pitchers based off of Alex Edward's performance so far.

He's been hitting better than Rea ever has.

Bregman isn't underrated at all. Everyone talked about him this offseason and he was a top recruit out of high school. We all expected him to start and be a power guy from day 1. Moore is a good choice though.
Sciambra is definitely underrated though considering the year he is having and no one talked about him pre-season really.
