How fricking stupid is it to be considered doing something shady to get your picture taken? Only the NCAA could make a picture some huge scandal.

Well if a business it benefiting from the players images being associated with the business, it does leave the aura of a quid pro quo going on. I can see why the NCAA would not want it happening.

Perception is reality. That's the world they entered when they signed that letter of intent.
