Never. If you really knew Texas there is no way you'd advocate them over the Aggies.

The Texas and Texas A&M fans are both cool but it was hilarious how the Texas fans described the Aggies and the next week they were exactly like the UT fans described them.

Having said that, give me A&M. Texas fans are like Alabama fans except they are rich and don't live in trailer parks.

Yep, I agree as long as they fired their AD and shared the network. So count me in!

But I'm happy with you aggies...

Obvious troll is obvious.

A few fun thoughts though.

The irony is that A&M probably could have stopped Texas from going to the SEC but Texas could not do it to A&M.

Texas vs A&M is kind of like the old Ginger vs Mary Ann debate. Ginger may be the hot movie star but damn she is a high maintenance bitch. Nice to shag but hell to live with. Mary Ann OTOH is the wholesome girl next door. Maybe not quite as sexy but damn cute and she is actually someone you could marry.

Texas doesn't want the SEC because they look down on all of you as inbred hillbilly idiots that are not worth smelling their farts. They don't like conferences that play remotely fair either, everything must favor them and be about them. They would insist the conference office be moved to Austin and they get veto power on everything out of the SEC office. The would also replace Slive with a puppet. You really can't grasp the arrogance of Texas until you deal with them regularly. A&M, Mizzou, Nebraska, and Colorado didn't GTFO without good reason. Half the teams in the Big 12 now would bolt but they can't.

Austin is a great town, that's why I live here. Texas is also a nice campus and it's a great place to live or visit. It's about as Non SEC as there is though.

Finally, while they do have hotties the culture at Texas is much better shown by this recent film about them:

I liked A&M before they started posting here, now I would love to take Texas. They are getting worse than Arkansas posters.

Frick that.

-Austin is a poor man's Nashville.
-Orange is the ugliest color in the rainbow.
-Texans are annoying as a whole. Alright, that one's a push, but the other two stand.

The aggie fans troll like Arky fans. With Arky, it was funny for a little while. With the aggies, it was pathetic from the beginning.

No way. Texas is a cancer, and that will continue until its leadership is replaced to the point where the entire mindset of being the "Joneses" is gone. That AD has lost its way, and they have a history of trying to strong arm conferencemates. I want none of that in the SEC.

Not to say I wouldn't welcome Texas under other circumstances, but not with their current leadership.

Me.

College Station is the worst city in the SEC. I could make a list of 30 things I dislike about aTm. Now I have to be in a family with them. Hate it. But there's nothing I can do. SEC office does what it wants.
