2013 may very well be the most IMPORTANT season for GP career at Mizzou. So looking at the schedule, knowing the recruits we have coming in, what do you guys think?
Aug. 31: Murray State

Sept. 7: Toledo

Sept. 14: Off

Sept. 21: at Indiana

Sept. 28: Arkansas State

Oct. 5: at Vanderbilt

Oct. 12: at Georgia

Oct. 19: Florida

Oct. 26: South Carolina

Nov. 2: Tennessee

Nov. 9: at Kentucky
Nov. 16: Off

Nov. 23: at Mississippi

Nov. 30: Texas A&M

Im looking at 7-5 at best 9-3. I dont give us the Vandy game because they beat us, Ole Miss could beat us but I give the edge there. Florida coming to COMO could be possible. What do you guys think?

Bad...Real Bad. Don't even want to think about it honestly. Everything associated with Missouri sports has been a nightmare lately and I don't see it changing anytime soon.

I fully expect us to get creamed on the road tonight against A&M

If we find an SEC worthy offense, 10-2. If we see a repeat of this last year, 4-8.

I truly have no idea what to expect after last year's performance. A&M are definite losses. Murray State and Toledo are definite wins. After that, who knows. We SHOULD win all 4 OOC, Vandy, UT, UK, and maybe Ole Miss and maybe pull an upset in one game between UF and SC at home. A&M and UGA are losses. So we should be 8-4 or 9-3 with this schedule.

If I have to go based on most recent performance, we lose to either Indiana or Arky State. We lose to Vandy, UGA, UF, SC, Ole Miss and A&M. UT and UK are toss ups so say we split those and beat Murray State and Toledo. That's 4-8.

Tentatively speaking.....

Murray state- W

Toledo- W

Indiana- W

Arkansas St.- W

Vandy- L

Gawgs- L

Gators- L

Cocks- L

Vols- W

Cats- W

Miss- L

Jizz-jar's- L

.500 at best. There are some tough games in there. At Dawgs, at Miss,At Vandy. The only thing that makes this seasons schedule somewhat easier is the non-con games. Arky St. kind of worries me alittle too. Florida will tough at home, as will the Cocks and the Vols. won't be no gimmee. If Johnny Jizz-jar has a season like last year, it's a loss. But I think He'll wind up injured before the seasons up as much as he scrambles. He gonna get nailed sooner or later. If that happens, I switch that one to a big fat W.

Aug. 31: Murray State - W

Sept. 7: Toledo -W

Sept. 14: Off

Sept. 21: at Indiana - W but will be a big measuring stick.

Sept. 28: Arkansas State - W

Oct. 5: at Vanderbilt - Toss Up,going to give us the W

Oct. 12: at Georgia - L

Oct. 19: Florida - Toss up but going with L

Oct. 26: South Carolina - Toss up but with no more Marcus Lattimore going to have to say W

Nov. 2: Tennessee -W

Nov. 9: at Kentucky -W

Nov. 16: Off

Nov. 23: at Mississippi -L

Nov. 30: Texas A&M -L

8 - 4

Imperative to start the season 4-0 in Non-con. and IMO Pinkel will have to beat Vandy and one more SEC team (either Florida or SCAR most likely) to cool his seat

KC - That is probably the most likely. My biggest concern is we'll lose a game we should win. i.e. Indiana/UK/etc Puts us at 5-7 yet again.

The only non-con that frightens me is Indiana because its an away game. We lost to Syracuse because we had injuries etc. This year (I hope) we will all be squared away and ready to take care of business.

W Murray State
W Toledo
W @Indiana
W Arkansas State
W @Vanderbilt
L @Georgia
L Florida
W South Carolina (Homecoming)
W Tennessee
W @Kentucky
W @Mississippi (coming off bye week)
L Texas A&M

9-3 (5-3...assuming we're healthy for the most part. We can deal with 1-2 injuries at a time...but not 5-6. Also, assuming we're healthy, every game should be competitive at least.

I love the optimism. I'm not making any predictions just yet. Too much can happen between now and then. I just know it'll be a battle every week.

Welcome new Mizzou posters!

I think we lose a game we should win (i.e. Kentucky or Tennessee) but trade it off with a winning 2 of the 3 between Florida, SC, and @Ole Miss.

So I say 7-5. I'm hoping we turn it around but the future in the East is looking especially tough. SC, FL, and UGA are always up there. Tennessee typically is, Vandy has more momentum than ever before, and hell even UK recruited well and has crazy Stoops bringing a new culture. I'm afraid we need something big to kick start our program
