In the sea of dumb arse LSU fans, he fits right in.

His show also airs on the station that broadcasts the LSU football games in NOLA.

Not without looking really bad in the process.

He comes across like a typical Rantard.
Head in the clouds when the Tigers are winning, and spitting fire when they're losing. No middle ground.
...oh yeah, and drunk most the time.
Yep, typical Rantard, I'd say.

You mean like kick him out of the press box?
Well, yeah, like that time they kicked his arse out of the press box.

Folks would get over it - Bama had to get rid of a former UA player/drunkard that did radio for Bama football. Not that Stabler ever trashed our coaches or our team, he had to go due to his own drunkard lifestyle.

The hosts have been done with him for 15 mins... they are still talking about him
They are now talking about his wife - how Bobby just told them all about his wife leaving him for the founder of Seven Jeans, Michael Glasser. Laughing how the wife had such a hard choice... live in lavish luxury or drive Bobby to his afternoon drive radio show and wait to take him back home.
So funny.

Saintard/degenerates love him.
Most LSU fans I know (educated college fans, etc.) think he's a joke.

He sounds like a real life Uncle Rico type, only more inebriated.
Clinging to his former playing days as if they're so vivid in his mind everything smells like popcorn and nachos.

I think that's the liquor effecting his olfactory senses. Not nostalgia.

But I don't understand it. Miles gave his son wayyyyy more PT than the kid ever really deserved. He was a weak link on the OL for a long time, but still kept getting in the games.

and this
His ego is such that he'd trash everything around him than admit personal fault or that his son deserved to be benched.
He and Craig James are the poster children for the risks that accompany bringing in the child of an a-hole/blowhard/drunk who works in the media

Les is an idiot. I've forgotten more about football than he's ever known.
Did he really just say that? Because that's the exact same thing he said the day after the National Championship.

I think Hebert gives the rest of the country some valuable insight into South Louisiana culture and is a fairly accurate portrait of the Saints fanbase at large.

it pisses me off that alot of the country thinks he's the go to guy on all things football related in Louisiana. the real media thinks he's a joke and he doesn't even realize it.
they're laughing AT you Bobby...not WITH you.
