What are guys hearing in him? He set his final OV to Arkansas this weekend. I know that he visited UConn recently and then will be at Tennessee, Nebraska, Vandy and Arkansas in consecutive weeks.
His 247 profile mainly just has reference articles from Nebraska writers. They seem pretty confident they'll get him. What are your guys saying?

Really up in the air from what I've read, It doesn't seem like he's leaning towards anyone in particular just yet. Should be interesting to see what he thinks after his visits

Yeah that's what I'm thinking as well. There really isn't a whole lot of articles out there on him so I didn't know.
I assume we're on him because of Chaney and Pittman. He originally had a visit to Arizona St set up the last weekend but cancelled it for us. Looks like a great prospect. We don't have a huge need for a third TE in he class but I don't think you can pass him up.
Hopefully someone in the SEC lands him.

Vandenburg, a three-star prospect who’s ranked the No. 3 junior-college tight end in the 247Composite for the 2013 class, said he’s scheduled to visit Nebraska on Jan. 11, Vanderbilt on Jan. 18, Arkansas on Jan. 25 and Tennessee on Feb. 1. He also visited Connecticut the weekend of Nov. 30 but said he’s no longer considering the Huskies.

Vanderburg said on twitter today that Nebraska is out. Looks like its an SEC battle. Arkansas, Tennessee and Vandy.

He'll be in awe of Vanderbilt's stadium.

Brandon Vandenburg ?@Vandenburg85 Nebraska coach calls me today and says "we were so busy and we didn't realize that we forgot to tell you we aren't taking a JC TE this year"

Brandon Vandenburg ?@Vandenburg85 This was less than 3 days before my visit. I find that unorganized and uncalled for, and honestly not the way to recruit or run a program

There are way better ways to do that

I can't think of many worse ways to do it

Hmm. Guy with offers from Fresno St and Stony Brook over a guy with close to 30 offers.

Butch and Dooley were both high on Quinn , & After signing AJ Branisel last week it's looking more and more like Quinn and they've backed off a bit on Vandenburg. They're both 6'6 - 260 very comparable in size and speed. May be becoming 2 man race with Vandy and Arky after Vandenburg
