Just checked. There is no Shula's in turdland.

You're right, why would Shula be Lee county.

Urban Spoon will gladly guide you to Tuscaloosa restaurants. It is listed under "Major Metros" in the Alabama market.

I'm sure all of the foodies in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Los Angeles measure their success over how many Shula Steakhouses they have.

Nicks is not open on Sunday
The tornado was a mile away from Krystals, so it is still open
As far as a good steak in Tuscaloosa, there are none

You live in Miami correct? Yet, you live and breath all things in T-Town. Ask your parents to let you out of the house every once in a while..

I'm not sure that's been rebuilt since the April 2011 tornado.

It wasn't anywhere near the tornado.

OP, I would suggest either Nick's in the Sticks or Desperado Steakhouse.

Longhorn's is better than Desperado's IMO
I suppose that is you opinion, but I figured the OP would want something that was unique to Tuscaloosa.

I've only been back twice since the tornado, but didn't venture into those areas.

Cypress Inn has a pretty good steak. Don't know if they are open tonight though.

I realize where it's at, hoss. I lived there for five years. Like I said, I've never ventured into the major damaged areas.
