For those that don't understand Twitter.
Neither Kaleb Blanchard nor Deondre Skinner have been contacted by the new staff and both are not happy about it and are having second thoughts about their commitment.

But 2 wisky commits started official visits today.
2 receivers and a RB in LA have not been contacted. The 2 wisky commits are defensive players - a LB and SS, both JUCO.

One of you tweeter folks, need to fwd that on to coach and be like "Get on top of this Son!"
This is one more reason why Bobby Allen and Tim Horton need to be gone too. There's articles saying Allen and Bielema were in KS seeing Juco guys on Sunday.... they couldn't pick up the phone and tell Skinner and Blanchard hello, or just say hey boys hang tight, we're evaluating and getting to everyone one by one. Be patient, keep calm and sail on, etc.
eta: I just don't get how Horton, being 'crootin' coordinator doesn't call each of the commits, 1) when JLS was officially re-assigned. 2) the day BB was announced 3) the day he met with BB.
This isn't good business or good service. We know Skinner's waivering anyways but Blanchard has seemed solid.

honestly i doubt either are retained. skinner is not the type of TE that BB recruits and Blanchard isn't the protypical RB that he recruits blanchard reminds me more of a bigger version of Nate Holmes without the blazing speed but running styles seem similar, BB is more of a tenpenny/dennis johnson guy

BB might not like the Blanchard injury problems. He missed almost an entire season last year with a hammy and hurt his ankle and hammy again this year.

I agree. I'm kind of shocked that all the recruits weren't contacted by him just on a good faith basis. This is an excellent way to burn recruiting bridges.

Don't like this at all, someone needs to be in contact. This isn't any sort of dead period is it? Even if the new staff is going to pull their offers its bad precedent to leave commits hanging.

Word is that Caldwell told Skinner that BB tried to call him but Skinner didnt answer. Skinner said that he had phone problems the past week and will try to get with him soon.

I'm not even sure how to use twitter... pretty ironic considering i'm in the IT industry and spend all day working on computers and computer programs.
