Everyone says Yost needs to be gone as part of staff changes. Am I the only one who seens Mizzous defenses get abused? Steckle is the guy that needs to go for me. JMO

Of course he'll be back. What he does works.

Works as in never winning a conference title.

This is probably the day everyone will remember when the football program became totally irrelevant again. Pinkel's history spreaks for itself. He isn't good enough to beat teams who play defense.

Now that this has been settled, he needs to do what is necessary to succeed for next year. He is getting the second year that he deserves, but he is on the hotseat. Produce or leave.

Agree. They need to really see what they have in Mauk as well. It appears that Mauk's skill set fit better in the system we run than Berkstresser. Not sure if he is ready or ever will be but we need some insurance for Franklin going into next year.

Agreed, the showing this year set us down that path. Our recruiting class is quite unremarkable thus far. Next year will completely finish us off and we are yet again in Kentucky/Vandy realm. Actually we're probably not even at Vandy's level as sad as that is.

Stecks ok. This team just quit on Pinkel.

I think Steck can put a good D on the field, but it requires the offense scoring points too. You make stops and the offense stops itself. Not a good combo. His D made two or three stops against Syracuse last week but the offense could put them away.

Lol. If Yost is still in the booth, then I'm done with this clown show. I can't take another season of what we saw this year.

Simple solution, quit now.

Yost will absolutely still be there. At this point, the most we might get is Pinkel taking over playcalling. Just let yourself down now, and you will feel better later.

Damn so not only do we get no change at OC, Mike Alden agrees with this?

Wow, might be worse off than I thought. I mean, I didn't really think GP was going anywhere, but I assumed MA was applying some downward pressure to fix the OC/DC stuff.

Lesson here. Never assume.

Being a Mizzou fan must be what being a Manic-Depressive feels like. When this season started I was riding high on promise, now I don't even want to watch next year unfold. I need some Mizzou meds.

So Yost is coming back and you aren't done with the team?
