The answer is.... C. None of the above

That isn't a choice. It is a "which is better" question, meaning you must pick one.

The only difference I've seen between the two areas is your state has too many dry counties, as where our state does not.....

This fact alone makes Mizzou a much more desirable destination and awhole lot more southern than you guys

Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida also have dry counties. Are you more southern than those states too??

Lets be honest here for a second. Why the obsession with Missouri?

I've wondered the same thing. He is in a league of his own in terms of obsession with a team other than his own. The amount of real estate we own in the boy's head is absurd.

The sad part about all this is you feel the need to compare Arkansas with Missourah. You should be ashamed of yourself.

My hometown (in Texas) was dry until 2010. Hell I think the city of Lubbock was dry until 2008 or 2009.

The sad part about all of this is his entire existence revolves around his inferiority complex with Mizzou.

You're right. A more accurate comparison would be with Arkansas/West Virginia.

Too many times. Columbia BBQ sucks and KC is highly overrated

You forgot, unlike Texass A&M, they haven't been Bevo's bitch since the dawn of football.

I'd agree that Benton County (Rogers/Bentonville) has generally always been somewhat less southern. That was the case long before Wal-Mart's big growth. They were one of the only reliably Republican counties in Arkansas, back when the rest of the south was Democratic. They got a lot of Michiganders and Chicagoans for decades, both workers and retirees.

Fayetteville is southern.

You shitting me there is very little difference between Rogers, Bentonville, SPringdale and Fayetteville. Buena Vista I will give you that one

So is it the BBQ or the trains run on women in your life that fuels the fire?

First of all, I don't troll.

Second, I garner significant attention from Missouri fans wherever I go. Y'all are basically my paparazzi. Trying to get a peek into what my life as a legend is like

Hell, I've had entire threads dedicated only to stopping me. I enjoy the fame

I personally haz no pig in this fight. I had never even driven through Kansas City and that part of Missouri until I went to Omaha in June. Branson and SGF were my only exposure to Missouri until then, unless you count Jane and Noel, to buy lottery tickets way back and to float the Elk River.

I've never really thought of Missouri as "southern" but I don't consider it to be substantially like Wisconsin or Michigan, either.

I've spent way more time south and west of here than I have ever spent north. I think that's part of it. Fayetteville is close, but its still more geared towards Texas and southern states in my mind than it is to the northern states. We are relatively close to Kansas, too, but the only reason I've ever gone there is to get to Colorado.

Funny thing about that, the people that I've spoken with in Person from Arkansas LOVE having Mizzou in the SEC considering they have a lot of alum in Southern Missouri.

This is correct being that I live in Rogers and proudly sport my Mizzou gear on car and person and have yet to have a run in with an asshat like say??? Porker the fans in person are supportive and like having Mizzou in
