I'm starting to miss Jim McElwain. I'm getting tired of this bullshite.

I can't believe I am saying this, but I agree.

Definitely is frustrating. Play to your strengths.

yeah, play calling has been atrocious.

Feels like Pat Shurmer to me

You guys had to settle for him, sucks. Can't believe Bama couldn't get their first option.

At least Jim McElwain had the common sense to stick with the running game when it was working. Remember the Wildcat with Mark Ingram against South Carolina in 2009? The playcalling has been extremely predictable. Run the ball on first down. If Bama doesn't get at least eight or nine yards, Nussmeier will call for a pass. Or he'll throw the ball on first down, A.J. will miss, and then Nussmeier will go to the running game. It's frustrating to watch.

the guy didn't call plays at UW, correct?.... he's still gotta develop the feel/rhythm.... he's not bad at all.

I really thought only Mike Bobo could screw up a good thing like this. They have no answer for Lacy , even with the box stacked. Then you throw the ball and pull Lacy??? Yeldon shouldn't be on the field till Lacy is through.

I agree. He is really pissing me off

and you used to bitch and moan about McElwain..

I would fire him before the lights are out in the stadium. Win or lose.

McElwain sucks too but I can't ever remember him calling a game as bad as this one. Maybe LSU 2010 but even that game wasn't as badly called at this. I'm not asking for much. When Paul Chryst was at Wisconsin, he ran the ball a ton, put up a lot of points, and wasn't overly conservative throwing the ball. That's the kind of OC I want.
