Jackie Sherrill and A&M/MSU

Who's our beloved former coach pulling for?
He was at MSU for twice as long, but that probably means he's more inclined to pull for the Ags.
He had more success at A&M than he did in Starkville. And the dude's still a folk hero amongst Old Ags in College Station. My senile uncle (God bless him) still screams "bring back Jackie" after a loss. There was a small--albeit vocal--faction of Ags clamoring for Jackie as AD this past year.
Jackie's an Ag who has infallible taste in sweater preference

From what I read during realignment this year, this.

MSU & A&M should have a ceremony the night before the game to burn Jackie's NCAA file... but you'll need to have the US Forest Service fire fighters on standby in case it gets out of hand.

Has your senile uncle castrated any of your house pets?

Sherrill has been attending State games since he retired. He is currently writing a weekly column for a State message board site.
I thought I read in the preseason that he would be rooting for State over A&M, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Did this for several years on an A&M site--believe he's done a couple this year, too.
But Jackie's writing tends to be generic and recycled. I don't think its been the hit that was expected.

He also writes a weekly column for AggieSports and regularly refers to A&M as "we".

He has a weekly segment on TexAgs radio and is still very into his 12th Man Kickoff Team Foundation.

You seriously have to ask who Jackie would pull for? I think its fairly obvious since he's so involved with MSU... Spoke to him the other day in Harvey's.

Why don't we just wait and see what colors he is wearing at the game on Saturday?

Do you think he isn't involved with A&M?

Proof positive that you know nothing about Jackie.

I honestly did not know he was that involved with A&M that is interesting.
