We had Arkansas in a long term series but then it became a conference game. Yes, 2012 thru 2014 OOC schedule has been a shite show but are people dense given how far out scheduling occurs? We're finally getting back on track.

hmmm... i wonder if that wave was planned in less than 8 days by students? shirts sold for $5 and raised and almost $400,000 in funds for 9/11. That wave looks like a bunch of poster boards.... Amateurs.

they are like sharks who smell blood. They won't let up and will go in for the kill. LINK
While the overall record is nothing to brag about. I've been to every A&M / texas game since. Ags lead the series 14-13 since 1985.

Fran was so friggin conservative. We lost so many games on poor play calling.
Fran in a microcosm: A&M vs OU 2006. Down 17-10 and had the ball TWICE inside the 15 during the final 7 minutes. 4 down territory. each time. Instead of sending our fat arse RB up the middle It went for the FG twice! Game ended 17-16.

The last time A&M was #1.... November 16, 1957
Needless to say, the Alabama game will be the biggest game at A&M since 1975 when A&M was #2 and Texas #5. A&M won that one and then promptly lost to some small secular school in Arkansas and a bowl game with Southern Cal.
