Bama's easy schedule/hype the reason for their #1 ranking?

They've played a Boise St schedule so far. It seems their hype for just being Bama and easy schedule rather than their play has led to their ranking. Like LSU before they played UF.

Meat? You dodge SCAR, UF and UGA. You play a soft serve ice cream cone schedule outside of LSU and maybe TAMU.

We will get South Carolina in the SECCG so that will improve our strength of schedule. I am not worried about it.

i wouldn't be surprised if they do if they crush SC this weekend.
A couple of the computers already have them #1 and the computer rankings will sway the voting in the USA Today and Harris polls.

Yeah. The fact that Alabama has been the best program in the SEC the past 4 years has nothing to do with anything.

also, you are proving his point bu saying it goes back multiple years when their ranking should reflect their potential and what they have accomplished this season alone

Someone needs to cool it. Don't jinx what Florida has going for 'em by bitching about Bama's schedule. We haven't done anything that warrants being compared to Bama yet or complaining who should be number 1 in the nation. Every Florida win has been nothing but a struggle.

I would rank florida number 1 right now, based on schedule, and certainly if you win this weekend. I still am convinced we are the better team, but i think ranking should reflect performance and not "eye test"
