The non successful one just ended the Illinois program for a decade. But really, that happened.
He also is top 10 in wins (won't be for long) the last 5 years. Yeah that's not successful at all.

Funny thing is Saban just looks smarter in those pics. Pinkel looks like Shrek carrying the football. Guess not a whole lot has changed.
