Week 5 - How do you feel about your team?

Ole Miss did a good job last night and showed a couple of weaknesses in Bama's defense. Thought we'd have a better answer for the WR screen in the 2nd half. They did a good job though and props.
Feel good about ST's. Kicking game has been superb all the way around. Offense did well, although uninspired at times, they still did a fairly decent job. Still got some decent runs against a stacked defense and Amari Cooper.. all I can say, is this kid will be a baller.
All in all, I'd give the performance an overall B. Hopefully the injuries won't be too serious.
How ya feeling about your team, the day after?

I think if we don't tighten up in some areas, we could lose a couple of games....

Not very good. Not very good at all.

Still wondering what will happen when Manziel throws his first pick, but the defense we have this year gives me hope.

I feel better this morning then I did last night. It looks like we're only going to be losing White for the season. Dee Hart is seemingly okay (at least according to his twitter account) and there were no other significant injuries. Bottom line, Week 5 was a trap week for the Top 10. I don't think there was a single worthwhile performance to be found among the top teams this weekend.
Yeah...we have weaknesses but so does every other team out there. I find it funny how we as Alabama fans are bitching about a 19-point win over an SEC team.

I feel like the team may be solid next year if we have a better coach.

pretty concerned
two weeks in a row not showing up as fans would expect is very concerning

Really concerned about our field goal kicking. Something we will need when we play Bama and LSU.

I think our pitching will be good this year. We're pretty talented, but Vandy will be the team to beat with that recruiting class. Hopefully we can get the bats to come alive unlike last season.

I'm not griping at all. Ole Miss played a good game and we still walked away with a 19 pt win. There's areas to work on, but nothing unfixable.

I feel you man, I would be concerned too, Hell I'm concerned with Alabama, something just ain't right with our Offense. Defense gets exposed on certain plays.....it's a scary thing.

Have you noticed that almost all of Bertolet's misses came from 30-40 yards this season?

Running game: give new RB coach Jay Graham and new OL coach Sam Pittman a raise. UT's ran the ball down UGA's throat with 2 mediocre running backs. no more negative rushing yards against SEC teams. UT is starting to have nearly 200 rushing ypg running right between the tackles.
Passing game: Bray reminds me of Ryan Mallett. He can make Sunday throws with his arm but folds under pressure.
Defense: this is literally the WORST defense I've ever seen at Tennessee. if UT had just a mediocre defense I think UT beat both #10 UF and #5 UGA.
Derek Dooley: I'm starting to believe in him. the jury is still out though, I'll reserve my judgement until I see the product on the field against Mississippi State,Bama,SC, and the 4 cupcakes of November. there are still a lot of football left to be played.

well we're a "pro style offense" that is in the shotgun 80% of the time.....makes you wonder...

light headed would probably be the best answer. the blood diverted to my erection every time we were on offense was immediately diverted back to my brain every time i need to rage because our defense looked like shite.

Considering how the other top teams played last night, I'm not too concerned with the defense. Yeah, they gave up some plays and long drives here and there but this defense isn't as good as last year's. Anyone who thought they would be was kidding themselves. Bottom line, however, despite those two long drives, our defense only gave up 218 yards of offense to the Rebels. That's pretty damn good.
