Pleasantly surprised but FG kicking has been sub par. We were spoiled with fatty last year, but I think if Bertolet can get his aim down he has plenty of leg for 55 yarders.

You guys really shouldn't take ANYTHING going forward after beating Arkansas...I'm telling you, I've never in my entire time watching SEC football..see a team just absolutely quit like that.

Very fricking worried. We are back to playing Les Miles football. Offense looks like dog shite and fricking Towson drove right down the field on our D. Some of these LSU fans keep saying "don't worry our defense is elite", but an elite defense does not let Towson drive the field like that. they are good but absolutely nowhere near elite.

Same with Bama's D....very good, but not elite...not even close to last years.

who needs baseball when you dominate football.

IDC what happened last night, Bama is by far the team to beat in the country.

I feel like we played a good game that could've been close had we not turned the ball over horribly, had two 15-yard punts that were mini-turnovers, and covered kickoffs better (we didn't even come close to Jones).

We just don't have the physical talent to pull of a shock-and-awe upset over a team like Alabama unless we win the turnover battle and make more big plays.

I'm worried man, but I think if you're not worried about your team, your just being dumb and cocky. We could lose, and we're very beatable.

Bottom line, Week 5 was a trap week for the Top 10. I don't think there was a single worthwhile performance to be found among the top teams this weekend.
I Agree!

I think Bama looks really good all the way around. Ole miss played to win and above their head and props to them. The injuries that Bama has sustained this year sucks a little but we are deep in every position. I think the team needs this bye week to rest up and rejuvenate for the rest of the season. I hope that Saban starts some of the 2nd or 3rd team players in the Mizzou game as I don't think we should have any problems beating Mizzou and give some of the banged up 1st team players an extra week of rest and some of the back ups a good " road game" start and playing experience for 4 quarters. I think it would be beneficial for the players all the way around for the start of the 2nd half of the season and Bama's goal of #15.

I was blasted the other day and called idiot and all kind of shite because I said that Saban coached fundamentally sound, disciplined football and Miles did not. Yes, Alabama has alot of young guys like LSU, but they do not look like a steaming pile of shite! They go out and play the game to win and that is coaching my friend, nothing more. Bama will be fine this year IMHO

I love how our fans are overreacting

It was a week 5 game right before the bye week. We played a team that runs a quick snap hurry up offense that ran a whole lot of weird offensive plays including speed sweeps off a read option and triple read options. We held a team who avged 36.5 ppg to just 14, Texas who has a pretty good D allowed 31 pts to them. We will be fine

It's sad that we have talent all over the field, but not enough discipline to execute against a fricking high school team. I just wish I could see Les scream at someone for a change. Get mad. Light a fire under someones arse.

These penalties, missed assignments, and dropped balls are enough to make a man go crazy.

They sure didn't show it last night. Geno Smith is going to sodomize them in Austin next week...and knowing the sips, they'll sip mimosas while it's happening.
