It seems like it has been forever. I can't stand Tennessee at all, but it would be nice to have them undefeated for Oct 20th.
A better statement would read: "is florida bad enough that tenn could finally beat them"?

[quote]There have been several times that Tennessee was "good enough" to beat UF, only to poop the bed. UF just happens to be THAT TEAM that UT can't shake. UT really doesn't have any excuse for losing this game, but I've been let down before. [/quote
What? What years are you thinking of?

I definitely think Florida is bad enough to lose.
You got lottery numbers. I could use a very nice looooong vacation.
You may be right. I just can't figure any of this out in one game. I definitely think we'll know more about UF after Saturday. We can shoot the shiite then.

How the hell did ZR get so far behind that DB anyway?
I think there was supposed to be safety help but it looked to be a route over the middle and Amerson was on him, but the agile Zac Rogers cut it down the field and Bray hit him. Speed was never an issue for the boy, it was his inability to catch a football.

Damn near every year since y'all last beat us it seems.

I'm not saying Tennessee will definitely win. But Florida's offense certainly makes them beatable.
Dooley's career may depend on this game, so I hope he's up to the task.

the last time we were even competitive was 2006.
Game easily could have gone either way.
Vols win that game going away, if the Gators didn't introduce the 3rd and Tebow Run that week.

Well, if he dropped that one then I think his locker would have been emptied. I don't know if Deonte Thompson would have found a way to drop that pass. Wait, yes, yes he could have found a way.
Deonte has magically learned to catch balls in the NFL. Hmmm, I think we had poor coaching at the WR spot.

I understand if he's talking about the Fulmer/Spurrier years.

I tell you who needs to worry about Tennesse is Bama. Tennesse hasn't beaten them in awhile and the Vols want blood.

So you want Dooley to stay?

05, 07, 08, 09, 10 I think we were pretty bad at the times we played them. The others listed, I thought we had good chances going into those games.

Wow, it took me typing that out to realize that "Man, we sure as hell have lost to them a lot"...

Y'all were #5 going into the 05 game.

The most overrated ranking in CFB history. Defense was great, offense was puke. After the 5-6 finish, you can see that ranking was bullshite. Rick Clausen anyone?

Bless your hearts. Maybe he'll get it figured out and have a long career in Knoxville.

Honestly
I'd say, based on what I've seen from both coaches. He'll make it longer in this industry than Muschamp.

I get it Jed. You are a damn broken record.
ETA: I think I'm going to regret this.
What kind of coaching blunders has Boom made that are similar to the stuff Dooley's done and said?
You are apparently another good source for lottery numbers. Come across.
I have never said Boom is going to be the next national championship winner at UF. I've also never said he's doomed to fail. How the frick would I know if either scenario is true? How do you know he's doomed to fail?
I already regret this.
