You do have scopes that can detect larger levels of heat through walls. Usually used just to verify the presence of human-sized heat signatures.

If this guy is holed up in the attic, it's a tactical nightmare for the police. More than likely the suspect is armed and the police would have to go head first into the attic, totally exposing himself.

It's actually descent looking homes in the area. 120K-140K I suppose. Not super Ritzy but not bad.
