Yeah, it's a safe part of town. It's not upper class like Cloverdale or Wynlakes, but its nice.
The thing about Montgomery in this part of town, you are a 5 minute drive from the hood.

Well, they think the thug POS who shot people in auburn Saturday night is holed up in the attic of a house in Montgomery. Apparently he broke in, the owner called 911 and ran. They've tear-gassed him, but he's not coming out and hasn't talked to them. Law enforcement and fire depts from all over southern Alabama are at the scene, along with way too many rubber-neckers. It's a standoff, currently.
On another note, this would be a great time to commit a crime in Montgmery.
