Whats tbe story behind the Finebaum lawsuit?

Kept hearing people ask about this on his show and he was obviously tight lipped all week. Only thing Ive gathered is it has something to do with a non compete clause.

wants out of wjox to move to the new rival and thus filed a breach of contract suit with owners of WJOX to get out of his contract..Owners of wjox filed bankruptcy and he claims the breach occurred because he was not consulted in the BK filing..al.com has an article on this too.

seems like there was talk about how Jox wanted to pay him less because their revenue fell short, thus the breach of contract part.

He's even uglier in person, and he has mannerisms that are incredibly effeminate. Coincidentally, his wife does not.

Ok I remember him mentioning this a while back. That is pretty shitty that right after he got there they file bankrupcy and claim they cant pay whats under contract.

Absolutely. I actually enjoy his show when he has legitimate guests on. It's when the callers start and he starts with his agenda that I have to turn it off.

When he isnt trying to suck the dick of whoever he is interviewing or when he gets some poor schmuck on just for the purpose of berating the hell out of him.
He has the ABILITY to be one of the best interviewers out there. He unfortunately doesnt always use it.
