This thread is full of the predictable "We're better than Arkansas, even though we never beat them at anything" shite we know and love from Aggies.

I hate Arkansas. I hate Arkansas fans even more. And nothing would make me happier if they fell flat on their face this season - but they are not going to and I can't understand why so many people are taking for granted that a VERY talkented squad is going to all of a sudden forget how to play football. They have the exact same coaching staff in place minus BMFP. Yes, he is a good coach, but his brother is going to be there calling the plays. Smith is there to keep the ship moving in the same direction. Losing Petrino may cost them whatever chance they had to beat Bama and LSU but I still expect them to come in third in the West.
If losing a head coach causes a team to forget how to play - A&M is F'd this season. How many coaches are you replacing? Not to mention players at key positions???? If I were A&M, I would worry about beating other teams before I started thinking about Bama and LSU.

We are returning two first round tackles, our leading receiver, our leading rusher(who put up over 200 in the first half on piggie) and our two leading sack leaders(A&M lead the nation in sacks last year).
Even in the OP I claimed beating the gumps and the swamp kittens wasn't going to happen this year, but to say we don't have a chance against any other teams in the SEC is asinine, especially an Arkansas team we had dead to rights last season. Long hair don't care.

I do, however, remember your team falling apart, blowing big leads and losing on several occassions last year. It's weird that the record books don't include the score at halftime. Bragging about how you were ahead of Arkansas before absolutely sh!tt!ng the bed would be like an Alabama fan bragging about the arse whipping they put on Auburn in the first half of the Iron Bowl in 2010. Just don't do it man, it's just sad.

No it's not bragging about anything, it is merely stating that beating Arkansas shouldn't be a problem. We put more talent on the field, and should be more successful than them.
When Cam Newton won the Iron Bowl was Alabama not a talented team with the very reasonable expectation that they could have won that game? They gave up a 24 point lead, and they were disappointed in their ability to get it done. It is the same thing.

No it isn't. In my lifetime A&M is 6-2 against LSU.
What is possible is that Texas A&M never loses to Alabama in my lifetime.

Now I understand what Arkansas fans have been saying all this time about A & M fans. If ya'll are so much better than Arkansas, why is your historical record so lopsided? If Arkansas can't recruit and nobody wants to go to Fayetteville and you are in fertile recruiting grounds and they still have a 17 game lead in the series ALL-TIME it sounds like they streight up OWN you to me. There is no way you can sugar coat or spin that record. NO WAY.
I would feel so shameful of that record I would hope nobody would bring it up and yet here you have the audacity to come on here and still talk shite to Arky and boast how you should be better in the future? What makes you think that? Certainly not from what we see in history.
Leave it to A & M fans to bring the entire SEC together on a thread for the first time in no telling how long. When you have Arkansas, Bama, and LSU fans in total agreement then that's a major sign right there.
