No specs yet but if you will look at it in the picture of our endzone expansion it looks visibly bigger. Ours was produced by a company here in MS that builds them for stadiums all over the world so it should be pretty sweet. The actual surface that the image is displayed on is only about as thick as a layer of Berber carpet.

We will also be adding two screens in the south end zone next year. That will be part of the next phasr of football upgrades. One in each corner

Your current board is 48x112, the other one being bigger could still easily be smaller than that.
From the rendering video I watched, it looks almost the same size as the current one.
ETA: Video LINK when it switches from new board to current board, looks almost the same size to me, if not a little thinner and a little wider.

It will give the fans that sit in the upper decks a chance to see the game. At least parts of it. And a lot of commercials.

I don't expect our new board to be any bigger than our current one. Would be a bit excessive to have a second one the same size, something we're not known for as an institution. I couldn't imagine wanting our current one to be any bigger either.
One thing people don't take into consideration is that most of these screens sit behind stadium bowls, a distance away from the fans. Our current one is right on top of the fans, practically right behind the goal posts, making it appear "bigger" than it actually is. In the same way, our second one will appear "smaller" because it will sit much further off the field.
One thing that isn't widely known...our current one produces the sharpest image of any big video board(most pixels per inch). There is actually 16% more pixels in our screen than in Godzillatron. Makes for 10 million really "sharp" commercials during key momentum points of the game
