No, because LSU would have suffered the death penalty more than once already if the NCAA had rules tied to fan behavior.

Is the tea bagger still facing criminal charges?
Posted on 5/4/12 at 9:57 pm to Old Sarge
They haven't officially charged him yet, but that is expected soon. It'll be interesting to see what they decide to do.

I honestly don't know where the humiliation the teabagee is claiming unless he's more humiliated about being filmed not being able to handle his alcohol passing out in a Krystal. Maybe I'm too passive but if I'm passed out on a table in Krystal I honestly could give a s### what is going on around me unless I was getting robbed or threatened with bodily harm.

We all do things in college we regret

This just made the 10p.m. news here in Montgomery. According to the video, the teabagger doesn't seem drunk.

Krystal's is partially responsible for this. They allowed his intoxicated arse in there
It's not like they have bouncers at the door. You can walk in any private fast food business intoxicated. How long you're allowed to stay there is a different story.

I'm a little surprised that if he had to quit school because the humiliation was so bad, we didn't see him outed on the OT.
Did they ever do that?
Did they ever do that?

To be honest, I can see why the guy who was teabagged would file a civil suit. If you look at the video, the Krystal employees are just watching the act taking place and they don't try to intervene. The LSU fan had to be identified and humiliated. People do talk and I bet that his friends and aquaintances definitely let his identity out. I also feel for the guy who did the teabagging. His name has gone public nationwide, rumor has it that his wife is wondering if her husband is bisexual. The teabagger lost his job and his entire family has been humiliated. This is definitely a lose lose situation and I can see both sides of the situation. If I was the victim, I think that I would have had my attorney handle it in private with the baggers attorney. Why endure going through humiliation again? Money doesn't buy everything but it could also be stated that the victim, though drunk, is not a latent homo and enjoyed being teabagged. I'm trying to say, that a good attorney for the teabagger could bring up some valid points and it could backfire for the victim.

He'll receive little from Downing I'd imagine. I think the DA has till June 20 to file charges. At this about the worst thing that can happen to Downing is to serve a stretch in OPP. He would leave 'different'.

Message Posted by Bellabama I wonder how many other times the Krystal on Bourbon Street has been sued for people doing inappropriate acts to fellow patrons.
That's an excellent question. I would have to say probably never though. Most humans can somewhat hold it together long enough to pick up a "sackful"

He won't get anything from Krystal
1) Krystal burger is not a hotel
2) Krystal burger employees are not security guards.
The only thing he might have is some slimy lawyer getting Krystal just because it happened in Krystal.
