I don't know much about Auburn until the season starts only key players. I'm going to the Spring Game on Saturday and wanted to have an idea on who to look for so I made a VERY rough depth chart. I put freshman at the bottom of the depth chart because I don't know much about the majority of them.

Looks mostly right. E. Florence will be one of the starting safeties. Whitehead is also now being looked at as a safety and nickel corner. We have Therezie at corner and he'll probably get significant playing time.

Whatever happened to LaDarius Owens?

Playing defensive end.
I think Cassanova will play MLB when he gets here.

He's at DE. He was showing progress last year but got injured.

Interesting.
Is he just not a LB? Seems like y'all could use him there over DE.

On defense, Kris frost (redshirt freshman) has been runnning at first team OLB along with daren bates and is expected to start so he might be a newcomer you want to watch. Also Roberson Therezie is a sophmore that has been working as the starting corner opposite chris davis. Therezie played some last year as a freshman but was not a starter. At safety Enrique florence will be one of the starters, along with either jermaine whitehead or demetruce mcneal. Kenneth Carter and Gabe Wright are out with injuries at DT so you will probably see allot of younger guys, Blackson and Sigler are two guys that played as freshman that show allot of promise IMO.
On offense, Greg robinson is a redshirt freshman at LT that has been getting allot of positive feedback from coaches and players. At running back, Grant and Blakely are two transfer players that will be eligible this coming year that are probably worth keeping an eye on (Same with Jay prosch at fullback). At WR sammie coates has been getting allot of hype since he came to campus but didnt play last year with an injury. Also at WR Quan Bray really seemed to come on at the end of the year as a true freshman.

It sounds like from all of the practice reports that Dee Ford is starting at DE opposite of Lemoier. Eguae and Sanders are both big enough to play inside at DT on pass rush situations and I think they will be moved to DE for short yardage plays.
I also thought that i heard McNeal got hurt and will miss the rest of spring, but he should be back in plenty of time for fall (I havent gone back to find where i read that though, so I could be completely wrong with that one)

The majority of them are still in high school.

I think it was mutual and he was recruited to have his hand on the ground.

You may actually see Miller starting at Right Tackle opposite G-Rob at LT.
Posted on 4/10/12 at 3:13 pm to parkjas2001
He wanted to move, the coaches wanted him to stay at LB.
