Will the Hogs get rid of her or keep her, after they get rid of Petrino?

Rick Pitino has already offered her a job.

IT's gonna be a 2 for 1 special.
Both get canned.
Both get canned.

Paid a sweet sum of money to disappear into the background...

If I'm the new coach, I'm keeping her around.

Bobby's thinking, "you mean I can get her in a can"

She will be offered $$$ to resign.

As long as the university either fires him or he resigned THEN, and only then, can they fire her. But this is the only scenario where she gets fired and doesn't sue the shite out of the university. It would definitely be in her best interest to leave if he is no longer there cause she would have a target on her then.

She will more than likely be paid handsomely for her dignity.

At a company I worked for out of college,(one of the biggest software companies in the world) a lady was sleeping with the dept head, he got fired, she got promoted, then she got caught sleeping with the VP of sales North America, He resigned, she got promoted. She is now the VP of sales NA , she owned that shite

I think the University's employment manual says that in situations like this the higher ranking individual will be held responsible. So, I would look for BP to get let go first. They would likely try to get her to resign - I mean really, how could she effectively do her job now? No one would respect her. Wrong, but it's the way of the world. If she stays, I'd expect her to be moved to a different position as her credibility has been compromised.

I don't see why it is wrong.
She had an inappropriate relationship with a married man with whom she works for/with.
She made the bed...

Often all the auxilary postions surrounding the program are victims of thr axe when a head coaching change occurs, she may be able to keep her job under an interim only to be dismissed when The Ron Zook era begins in earnest.

Lol. That chick was screwing several people to always keep her options open. Hell. I prolly would do the same if I were a motivated attractive female. But seriously, that can happen in the private sector. Especially at a job that receives no federal funding. But the second the government starts giving a company money that company is expected to employ and manage as if it were a government entity. Healthcare is like this. Even though they may be a private hospital, if they receive state and federal reimbursement then they are expected management to refer to the laws and regulations of state or federal employees.

I'm saying it's would be wrong to have no respect for her ability to do a job in the athletic department. She may well be qualified to do the job she was hired for, but it appears strings were pulled for her to get it. Under the circumstances, regardless of her qualifications, she'll have no credibility. I have no respect for her actions or personal decision making. But it appears she had a successful, albeit short, career in the department working in development. That's now over.
If Petrino is let go, he'll find another head coaching position somewhere because he's a good coach. Her career in college athletics may be over, I can't imagine her getting another opportunity. If she's good at her job, she should get that chance, but IMO that's unlikely. That's what is think is unfair and wrong.

Her career in college athletics was a short one as it stands now is she considered a probationary employee ?

How much did your Miss Cleo phone conversation cost you?

I read recently that the settlement for the lady in the Dubose case was taken out of Dubose's pay.
I'm sure that is what will happen here. Pay the girl off, take it out of Petrino's pay, suspend Petrino for the first two games of next season.
That is all....move along...nothing to see here.
