I agree with Barkley at the end of the article saying to give him a month or two worth of jail time and have him donate money to Auburn. 13 years would be ridiculous.

13 years is a bit extreme, IMO. He should face some jail time, but not that much.

Mandatory attendance at all Auburn home games.

And he has to sit in the student section.

Damn, 13 years is a long time. I wonder if it's meant to be symbolic and needs to be revised to 14.

It would have just been 8 years, but him being a bama fan, it got bumped to 13.

13 years?
Joran van Der sloot will be released from prison before Harvey would be.

Tell me how that makes sense.

13 years for poisoning trees is crazy. There are murderers that don't spend that much time in jail. He deserves some jail time, but sure not 13 years.

13 years for a plea? They had to know he wouldn't accept that. They definitely want to go to trial.

Some people don't spend a day in prison for killing people.

He doesn't deserve more than a few months AT MOST with some of the people we let walk.

Does the fact that him showing zero remorse have anything to do with a harsh plea deal?

Make him pay $180,000. If he gets Scam Newton to cover the charge and admit to cheating, each of them get $100,000,000 from the Alabama government. If he doesn't? Then a Harvey Updike statue goes where one Toomer's tree was, and a Bear statue on the other.

Each of them get double if he gets someone to come forward with proof of Nick Saban's eBay recruiting scam at LSU.

Triple it. No. 100 billion if they can produce a gay sex tape of Tim Tebow.
