The Florida teams were pretty darn good. Just on defense alone I think 2011 Bama wins but it would be terribly close

it's pretty clear that people choose based on time-removed...
I'll take 2008 UF... explosive offense with a nasty defense. Strong's defense wasn't on the level of the Bama teams, but their offense blows those two (and most teams) out of the water.
If not Ole Miss game, there would be no question... but they couldn't finish the deal.
