What problems will Alabama have now that McElwain is the CSU head coach?

I think this messes the continuity of the offense, which will also affect the defense.

ETA: I think he stays through the 9th

Too early to tell. Hope he is successful though with his new gig. Did some great things with Bama and grateful for what he brought the last 4 yrs.

Did LSU have defensive problems when Bo had been named the Nebraska head coach prior to the NCG in 2007? They'll be fine.

This just broke, McElwain himself hasn't even acknowledged it yet.

3 other coaches have done it recently, so I wouldn't be shocked if he did.
