The guy has been absolutely bashed by every other fanbase in this conference and by many across the country since 2005. Our fanbase has been fine with Miles. I love how all these fans from other teams now act as if they've liked him all along when they have been his harshest detractors.
I've always said Miles has been a great guy and a good coach, but he has definitely caused a bit of controversy on his own over the years. LSU fans staged a march for Miles for Christ sake when they thought he might be going to Michigan. Miles is treated very well at LSU.

There is still a segment of our fanbase (many of the idiots post right here on Tigerdroppings) who are pissed about the Jarrett Lee situation. There has been a certain percentage of our fanbase who has never been fine with Miles. Maximus is Exhibit A if you don't believe this.
