Combine LSU & BAMA this year...

What does the starting line-up look like in an All-Star game against the rest of college football? Would they win? The only weakness would be at QB...the D would be just about un-beatable.

With little thought put in to it, I would take the field against a Bama/LSU combined team.

It would be a damn good game. Very good question.

Looking purely at NFL prospects...I don't see a huge advantage taking the field against a combined LSU/BAMA team. I'm not sure if the QB position would even be a huge factor.

Two different defensive schemes. I'd rather run a 4-3, so I would have to pick what's best for that scheme.
For example, hightower and upshaw would be DE's and we don't need any so they are out. Baron would be an OLB, I'd take Mosely at MLB, and baker at the other OLB slot

Defenses would be a push, maybe even an advantage to the Bama/LSU team. Offense would be a huge advantage to the field though.

So you wouldn't ask Hightower or Upshaw to be on your All-Star team.......wow..

Nope. They are DE's in a 4-3 and idk what they would look like in that scheme. It's based more off of the unknown than the their talent.

Yes...I would. I would also (probably) take AJ and definately several BAMA o-linemen...and TR as the starter.

I'm sure you could find something they are ok at.

That isn't happening. I would say that if you were to start an NFL team with LSU & BAMA's current roster, you would have a competitive team in ~3-5 years. That's assuming you add a QB and some additional talent at WR. You could easily make a case that the Oline, Dline, LB, DB, and definately RB positions would be strong.

Still don't have a solid QB - I would take the rest of the country by 2 td's
