If bama wins the rematch, would LSU fans accept the AP title?

It's possible the AP could still award their crown to LSU, however unlikely.
In that hypothetical, would LSU claim a share of the MNC? If so, would they forgive USCw's claims in 2003?
Saban changed his stance on non-conference champions playing in the MNC game, could LSU fans do the same?

They won't get the chance. When Bama kicks their arse and wins the BCS crystal the AP voters will award Bama their crown as well. This is why LSU fans were so against a rematch. They know what's coming for them and they hate it.

Crystal Ball is what I want but what USC claimed in 2003 is nothing like this. If we finish 1-1 then who truly is the champion? Logic proves both teams are equal. Only 1 true champion can walk away from this and thats LSU. If Bama wins, it will be a tainted title because of a 1-1 true split.

1. Ain't the same animal. We already beat that Bama arse once.
2. I don't think we have the ability to turn it down, but I wouldn't be running around like some Gump talking about how we won.

I would accept it though b/c 40 years from now it would be just as legit as most of Bama's NCs.

No. We are not going to be hypocritical now. That title didn't matter in 2003 or 2007. It doesn't matter now.
