I'm sure I'll catch some hell for this but I need some help. I have to attend a graduation tonight and I want to listen to the game. Is there an app that will carry the game? I've tried Iheart radio in the past but I don't think 98.1 will be broadcasting it. Thanks in advance...

Did the Sturgis trip on my bike in 15. Had a great ride there and back. One thing I would suggest is stop when you need to. Nothing worse than pushing through and being miserable because this is supposed to be an enjoyable experience. You only have to stop for a few minutes to stretch your legs ...
re: Anyone had tennis elbow? What helped?
Posted by Bugsdad on 1/27/17 at 4:07 pm
I've had it in both elbows. I tried cortizone shots and PT for the first one. Nothing helped. Had surgery and have had no problems since. The second one I bypassed all of the other crap and went straight for the surgery. Not a problem since in either one. The arm band helps but I feel it masks...
