Will it be the old reliable LSU excuse of REFS, or will another contender charge from nowhere to take over as the LSU excuse this year?
ETA - I hate these threads, but one is just as ridiculous as the other. BOTH teams are incredible. It should be a great game and the fans should enjoy it more and flame less (I'm just having fun with this thread)

I don't think LSU will, but if we lose, I'll be pissed but still happy with where our season is and proud of our team

Of course. What I think you're trying to say is that LSU is the inferior team and that Bama is obviously superior. 13 National Championships and counting. LSU whines a lot, etc. etc.

If we lose we lose it's because Bama was better. I can deal with losing to this Bama team. You're not terrible.
If we win this year it will almost be gravy to me because I think this pain train is coming back stronger next year.

Personally, I'd love to see these teams play on a neutral field somewhere. Home field is a legit excuse for losing a close game, not a blowout.
