He reminds me alot of a bigger, faster Chris Doering. . .if anyone remembers him.

I mean to say he is a smart, heady player that runs surgically precise routes. He also happens to be a huge, fast, athletic freak.

And before anyone thinks I am flaming or trolling. . .know that I have made several threads complimentary of players from almost all SEC teams.

Hit him like Rolando hit Byrd in the '08 game.

I would fare very poorly if I tried to cover him.

Put a defense allowing fewer points than any team since the 70's on the field.

Byrd couldn't hold Randle's dick in a suitcase.

Certainly not by playing him in tight man to man coverage with no help over the top. Give him a cushion, never leave a CB on an island with him, and make other receivers make plays or make LSU run the ball all the way down the field and try to hold them to field goals.

On November 5, he's gonna get jammed more times than a goat on a sultry summer night in Auburn.

I agree, but doing this plays into the running game.

I'm almost positive that Byrd scored a touchdown later in that game.

He can be covered, we have the guys to do it, they just have to fricking do it.

Get pressure on the QB.

I think this is the only correct answer.

Playing Randle is like playing Julio Jones. You can't cover him, you just hope the QB/OL play is shitty enough you won't have to.

This, but not if that leaves Randle one on one. Lee and Jefferson have both shown they can pass with decent accuracy against a rush and if Randle's one on one chances are he's coming down with the ball and getting in the endzone.

Comparing Randle to Byrd might be one of the worst player comparisons I've ever seen. I just wish everyone else associated with bama football could be thinking the same comparison.
