So Brantley throws only two picks this year instead of three.
Bama by 17 because...
1. Brantley's two leading receivers have been Rainey and Demps, 11 and 9 catches. McCarron's faorite receiver has been Maze, with as many catches, 20, as Demps and Rainey combined. Bama's speed at LB will negate those two coming out of the backfield.
2. No one...including Demps and Rainey...runs wild on Alabama.
3. 31-6. Personnel wise, the only real difference is that Rainey plays this year, and he won't make that big of a difference.

I'm happy with the improvements so far. I do think we have a shot at taking down the Gump Machine though.

I think is laughable that gumps expect a repeat of last year. There are so many things that are different than last year, and I'm frankly tired of enumerating. Yes, Bama's defense is better than last year, yes Johnny is an average QB, but there are key elements that gumps are simply refusing to see. I'm not going to keep :beatdeadhorse:

I will be happy to eat crow if we get blown out, won't be the first or last time, but seriously, you people sound like TN fans prior to our game. We have a very, very good front 7 this year. Very good. Our OL can snap the ball, and have protected Johnny. We have Rainey playing, and Demps healthy. Gilly is running really well as well. Jordan Reed is playing TE, along with Geral Christian. We actually have a fullback this year. We have an OC who can make adjustments during games. We actually have a PK this year. I guess I did :beatdeadhorse: after all.
