The buyout can be paid over 4 years plus the payouts for the staff would be 2 mill over the same time period, assuming of course that they would not be retained.

This will not happen with any quickness. Unless we lose to Kentucky and la tech back to back he will not be fired before the season is over. The AD doesn't want to do something in haste. Despite the obvious need for change.
