Probably already discussed, but I didn't see it. I think most people already knew and/or assumed this, but I suppose this confirms it.

maybe. maybe not. certianly time will tell, but nothing would come close to the magnitude of Newtown.
I think it's much more realistic that the NCAA has their hands full in investigations that contain actual violations -- see columbus, oh and coral gables, fl.
