Do you ever root for other SEC teams to lose to OOC teams?

I can't see how in the hell anyone would, but what reason would there be?

No. I can't really imagine a hypothetical game where I would.

If Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina were all tied for 1st in the East, and their losses were all to each other, it would be a situation where the winner would be determined via BCS Ranking. So they'd root against each other in their OOC rivalry games.
That's the only situation I could think of

I actually do cause does it really matter in the grand scheme of things if Arkansas loses to TAMU?

I thought all of the SEC rooted against Auburn.

Since the Jacksonville State fiasco… that was so damn funny to see the OM meltdown I would love to witness it again.

On second thought, I guess I wouldn't mind seeing State lose to their third FCS school.

The reason would be for recruiting purposes. If LSU wins 11 games this year and Bama only wins 8, you have an extra edge in recruiting.
But you should always cheer for Vandy and Kentucky
ETA: and to talk shite on the rant

Because I don't relish in the success of other schools? Spare me the conference allegiance shite, media has little to do with who plays for the national championship.
You think I care if Boise beats Georgia? Penn State beats Bama? A&M beats Arkansas? BYU beats Ole Miss?
I do actually, I hope the SEC goes 0-fer
SEC!SEC!SEC!

I rooted for Auburn vs U$C (the real usc) back in the day but now that the boosters are back in charge of the program i pull for other teams.
I also pulled against UT under fat phil but now that Dooley is in charge i pulled for them against Oregon and UNC this past year. I will pull for LSU vs Oregon and UGA vs Boise...etc...
