Doesnt matter. We'll have enough offense to win the SEC. Petrino dont have the talent or skills to beat us in ttown and you know miles is gonna lose at least two.

Do you typically ask and answer your own questions?

It is a system, it doesn't matter who the kids are on the field, just plug and play year after year until you are tired of winning.

Our front 7 won't have to play offense. We have a veteran OL returning four starters, one of the best RB's in the nation in Trent, some veteran WR's like Maze and Hanks, and some good new comers there as well like Carter, Shinn, White, Bell, etc. Throw in a veteran tight end in Williams and all we need from our QB is smart play and few turnovers. Sounds sort of like our formula in 2009 to me.

If Bama still had Hart and Lacy healthy, I'd say they'd have to a shot to win the SEC by defense and running the ball. I'm not sold on McCarron or Sims at this point. Now that Lacy and Hart are hurt, I can't see their running game being as successful as it would have been. TR is still there, but he can only do so much. I also don't see anything intimidating about the WR set... 2-3 losses, IMO. I have USCe and Arky playing in the SEC Championship game as of now. I'm also giving Auburn a shot right now, yeah I said it..

CSB, I know.

ok I will give you a answer that is dumb as your post since the season hasn't stated and do not now how the qb is. Here is your answer if you can't score you can't win.

Sorry about my last post being a arse. Pertaining to your question maybe you are not fimiliar with Bama just like I do not know a lot about LSU, but I do make a point to know what I can find out about other teams in the SEC. That is the advantage of being a member of a paid site like rivals. You can get all the breaking news in the SEC. Not to mention depth charts, rosters and returning players. A lot of fans think they have a lot of players coming in but do not follow who actually steps on campus.

SO! I need to sell you on Alabama? Lets look at the offensive line first very experienced and very talented with possibly with freshmen adding to our already 2 deep.

Quaterbacks? AJ and Simms very talented probably the most talented duo I have seen battle in 28 years. Bama fans that does not agree flame away I've got my fire suit on. lol

RB's? Well we all know Trent no intro needed, but I really think people are selling Lacy short just because he had fumbleliteous, however Lacy looked real good this spring.

wr'S? Maze and Hanks no intro needed you guys have been properly introduced. ? can Duran Carter step in from JUCO and be a threat? If not got plenty recievers ready to step up.

Tight Ends no problem got enough!

Why is the question just about the front seven. Our dline is actually a question mark.
However, we have the best defensive backfield in the SEC. And its not close.

i love a thread where someone of a rival team makes a post to be convinced of something about the other team, when he knows for a fact that no matter what is said will be disregarded as "Homerism" by the other teams fans.

They also have the SAME SECONDAY that caused SABAN to go nuts on the sideline, yet you hear analyst saying they are the best in college football,....I'D PUT OUR SECONDARY UP AGAINST ANYBODYS IN THE COUNTRY...time will tell....

I'm not sold on Bama's dline or their secondary, quite frankly. And those are supposed to be strengths of the team.

The dline is an unknown quantity right now, and their secondary was less than excellent last year.

Their season will depend on QB play, secondary improvement, and JC dlinemen playing well.

LBs and DBs are supposed to be their defensive strength not D line. Although the D line should be fine as well.

as thin as the RB's are, if AJ struggles they'll lose 3 to 4 games
