I see Dre Kirkpatrick is quickly becoming the new Julio on the SEC Rant

For years it was posted on here how Julio sucks, he's overrated, Terrance Tolliver, Darvin Adams, Alshon Jeffery and 5 other SEC WRs were better. He wouldn't be a 1st rounder, etc.
He goes to the Combine, beasts it, the Falcons trade away half their souls for him and he goes #6 overall.
Now Dre sucks, is soft, overrated, etc.

Fwiw, Julio did suck in '09. I would've taken Darvin Adams, along with some others, over him any day of the week that season.
ETA: But he was an absolute manchild in '10.

Opposing fans undervalue current players of other teams and then overvalue them when they're gone. Player X is overrated and soft while he plays for you but as soon as he's gone he's an irreplaceable stud

i'll be the first one to admit that i didn't think Julio was that fast, and i sure thought AJ looked faster/better athlete. FWIW, what you do come gametime is the difference, and AJ always looked better on the field.

The talk about Julio sucking and being overrated was during his sophomore year in which he put up Jordan Jefferson type stats.

Because a team is stupid doesn't mean that Julio will be great.
