The very first thing she said was their main duty was to help recruit. Good lord. 3 Aubies quickly agreed with you, and one of the hostesses themselves said their main job is to recruit football players.

I still want someone to explain the volatile nature of their payment schedules. The idea that they work a lot more hours some weeks than others doesn't jibe with the clerical nature of these jobs as it is being presented.
