Seems like they are paid bi-weekly like all other on-campus jobs. I got paid to sit at a table and take student IDs at the basketball courts when I was a student.

I don't have time to read the entire thread but I take it the issue here is that these hostesses are being paid on a regular bi-weekly schedule, but the amount paid varies drastically with no rhyme or reason? (As in depending on what recruit comes into town that week.)
